1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DreamVeil ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Entertainment Purposes
DreamVeil is for entertainment and spiritual exploration purposes only. Dream interpretations, tarot readings, horoscopes, and other spiritual content provided through our platform should not be considered professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for serious decisions.
3. Subscription & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the rate selected during checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
- Monthly plans renew every month on the same date you subscribed
- Annual plans renew once per year
- All prices are in USD
- You will receive a confirmation email for each payment
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
4. Introductory Pricing & Promotions
The 50% off first month promotion is available one time per person. This offer:
- Is limited to one use per email address
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or referral discounts
- Applies only to the first billing cycle — subsequent months are billed at the regular rate
- May be modified or discontinued at any time
Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional pricing is a violation of these terms and will result in account termination without refund.
5. Refund Policy
We want you to love DreamVeil. Here's our refund policy:
- 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers — no questions asked
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- After 7 days, refunds are not available for partially used billing periods
- If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Promotional/discounted purchases are eligible for refund at the amount actually paid
To request a refund, email support@dreamingveil.com with your account email and reason for the request. We typically process refund requests within 24-48 hours.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your Account Settings → Data & Privacy tab. When you delete your account:
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately (no further charges)
- Your Stripe customer data is permanently removed
- Your login cookies are cleared
- Local data (dream journal, tarot history) is cleared from your browser
- This action is irreversible
Note: Because we don't store dream conversations or journal entries on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete beyond your Stripe customer record.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on DreamVeil — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, layouts, interpretations, and code — is the exclusive property of DreamVeil and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or scraping of our content is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from our platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
- Share subscription credentials with others
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI interpreter
- Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content to any form or AI feature
9. DMCA Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, contact us at support@dreamingveil.com with a detailed DMCA notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
DreamVeil is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or constitutes fraud or abuse of our promotional offers.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
